Contracts

Following the conclusion of the Preparatory Meeting, ETSI will establish a service contract (template) with the Organisations providing experts. 

During the execution of the work, the expert remains an employee of his/her Organisation, which will continue to pay salary, social security, and secondment allowances and comply with any other legal obligation of an employer.  ETSI will compensate the Organisation for the work done according to the conditions stated in the service contract.
