Editing questions you may be asked

During the pre-processing of the deliverables, editHelp! have identified and selected a series of questions which occur frequently in our readme files.
By providing you with these questions, we hope that they will help you, during the early drafting stages, to both avoid possible "roadblocks" that could lead to a delay in the publication of the deliverables as well as allow the Technical Body or Industry Specification Group to discuss these issues before approval of the deliverables.
