ERM TG34: Radio Frequency Identification Devices (RFID) Terms of Reference Project Type: Standards drafting Rapporteur: John Falck, Low Power Radio Association Reports to: TC ERM Title: ERM-TG34 – Radio Frequency Identification Devices (RFID) Timetable: Ongoing Task: The tasks to be performed by TG34 are as follows: Represent the interests of the RFID industry within ETSI for all RFID products and devices Develop deliverables as instructed by TC-ERM for future RFID technologies/products not covered by current generic standards Prepare all the necessary documentation including Work Items, Systems Reference Documents, Report and Standards relating to RFID products and present such documentation at meetings of ERM RM and TC ERM Liaise as appropriate with other TGs to ensure co-existence of RFID devices with other product groups Work plan: To be advised. Work Programme Items/ETSI Deliverables: DEN/ERM-TG34-001 Task Group Closure/ Nomination of a Maintenance Rapporteur: To be advised. Other Issues/Remarks: Horizontal aspects related to EMC and radio spectrum matters deferred to ERM WG EMC and ERM WG RM respectively.
