The ETSI General Assembly

As the highest decision making authority in ETSI, the General Assembly (GA) is responsible for determining policy, agreeing budgets, dealing with membership issues, appointing the Board members, appointing the Director-General, endorsing external agreements, and approving the Statutes & Rules of Procedure for the Institute.

The GA normally meets twice per year (March and November)
