How do I unlock the Table of Contents (ToC)?

The table of contents shall be generated automatically. It is a required element. The title shall be "Contents" in style "TT".

It happens that the Table of Contents (ToC) is locked. To unlock the Table of Contents:

• select the table;
• press on control + shift+ F11; and
• then click F9 to refresh the table.

The Secretariat is responsible for the final layout of the table of contents.
