Oriana Ordaz Sanchez

Oriana is an IT and telecommunications professional with international experience in project management, business analysis, and IT service management. She began her career in Venezuela with roles in TETRA network operations, telecom regulation at CONATEL, and IT service management at Telefónica, before moving to Europe to work with leading organisations in software development and cloud/unified communications, applying ITIL, PMI and Agile/SAFe methodologies. She holds a Telecommunications Engineering degree from Venezuela’s military university UNEFA, a Telecom Management master's degree from Argentina's Blas Pascal University sponsored by the International Telecommunication Union, and a second master's in Project Management from Polytech Nice-Sophia Antipolis in France, complemented by certifications in ITIL v3, Agile Scrum, and UI/UX design. In June 2025, Oriana joined the ETSI Secretariat as a Technical Officer, supporting Human Factors standardisation activities.
