Antoine Mouquet
Technical Officer
I hail from northern France. I graduated from Polytech Nice Sophia in 2018 with a master's degree in Telecommunications and Network Engineering.
During a six-month stint with the VINCI group, I played a pivotal role in the extension of the Nice tramway. My responsibilities encompassed overseeing low-voltage applications such as access control, fire detection, CCTV, and the deployment of fibre optics. Concurrently, I took charge of deploying radio LANs for local authorities.
My professional journey at ETSI commenced in November 2018, initially focusing on ETSI radio Technical Groups, including TC DECT, ERM WG EMC, and ISG mWT. This experience significantly contributed to my understanding of harmonised standards and regulations, specifically RED and EMCD.
Over the ensuing years, I transitioned to supporting OCG AI and ISG SAI, actively participating in discussions concerning the future EU AI Act and deepening my knowledge of AI security.
In November 2023, I embarked on a new chapter by joining MCC.
Presently, I provide technical support for the 3GPP Technical Specification Group (CT) Working Group (WG) 5. In addition to this, I contribute my expertise to ETSI ISG NFV, further enriching my professional portfolio.
