Patrick Guillemin

 Technical Officer

Patrick was, until March 2015 Senior Research Officer, responsible for the development of new standardisation initiatives and actively supported ETSI involvement in FP7/H2020 projects. Patrick has long experience in ICT project management and 28 years in ICT standardisation. He is ETSI IoT Coordinator. He was until 2019, the standardisation coordinator of IoT in the IoT European Research Cluster (IERC) of the European Commission and Chair of the IoT Standardisation working group of the Alliance for Internet Of Things Innovation (AIOTI www.aioti.eu). 

Patrick has actively participated in EU research projects related to IoT/RFID and created ETSI ISGs (ISI, LIS, LTN, OEU) and ETSI TC GRID/CLOUD. He was Software Engineering Teacher at CNAM (Nice University) for 14 years.
