Conclusion

Reliability is a perception that end users and potential end users have of a communication service. It concerns the users’ confidence and ability to operate the user interface, as well as the frequency of technical errors and installation errors. Probably the most fundamental property that a real-time person-to-person communication system should have from a user perspective is high reliability.
