EC workshop on Naming, Numbering and Addressing Convergence On 14th October 2003 the European Commission held workshops on two independent studies for the Commission that have recently been completed, namely on the regulatory implications of the introduction of Next Generation Networks and on the policy implications of convergence of numbering, naming and addressing.
