Organization and working methods
TC M2M Protocols WG meets at TC M2M Plenary meetings.
Electronic work to advance topics and documents for the
discussion in a WG meeting is encouraged. However some ad-hoc
sessions might be organised when felt necessary (e.g. in case of
an exceptionally high amount of work needed to accomplish an
agreed target; or a specific expertise is required; or there is
a need for a joint session with another group).
Collaboration with other bodies (both inside and outside
ETSI)
To facilitate it’s work, TC M2M Protocols WG shall, as
required, ask the TC M2M Plenary for the agreement to set up
direct liaison to these bodies.
Formal liaison should be established with bodies referencing
TC M2M specifications in order to facilitate the work on
specifications dependence/consistency.
In some cases, informal liaison is handled by delegates
attending international standardisation meetings and forums.
