Title	Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS); Framework; Basic principles; Release 2 Release 2 Framework
Scope and Field of Application	This WI specifies the structure of the Release 2 package, the rules of referencing between the standards, and general aspects of the Release 2 standards such as the context and Ecosystem. This WI also specifies common aspects between standards at a specific protocol stack layer, such as common aspects for facility layer standards, e.g. interfaces and common behaviour.
