Title	USER; Quality of ICT services; New QoS approach in a digital ecosystem
Scope and Field of Application	Evaluation of reference values for users in order to identify their needs (SLO). These values also help to select the supplier in a competitive offer (QoS). This study will be based on a selection of representative telecommunication services such as video streaming , web RTC, and MMS, and not composed services such as authentication and load balancing, using EG 202 009-1, 2 and 3.
