Title	Electronic Signatures and Infrastructures (ESI); Policy and Security Requirements for Trust Service Providers issuing Time-Stamps Policy Requirements for TSPs providing Time-Stamping Services
Scope and Field of Application	This document specifies policy requirements for TSPs providing Time-stamping services based on RFC 3161. It references EN 319 401 for generic requirements and is to be based upon TS 102 023 An Annex will include a check list that may be used by conformity assessors to check conformance.
