|
Scope and Field of Application
|
The scope of this work will be to examine how quantum-safe signatures affect different protocols and applications, while also analysing the key trade-offs in terms of signature size, computational speed, and key-management implications. Vendors tasked with migrating signatures within protocols, applications, and existing PKIs will be able to use the resulting publication as a practical reference to inform their algorithm selection and to develop a structured PKI migration plan.
