Scope and Field of Application |
This work item studies an architectural framework for integrating Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) such as Permissioned Distributed Ledger (PDL) with data spaces. The study aims to enhance trustworthy data exchange by focusing on solutions for decentralized trust anchoring, sovereign data control, and secure transactions. It investigates existing gaps between DLT and data space ecosystems, demonstrating DLT value in providing decentralized data provenance, transparent and immutable audit trails, and a robust foundation for decentralized governance. | ||||||
