Scope and Field of Application
|
This ETSI GS establishes a common configuration framework for applying YANG modules in PON-based Industrial Networks, extending the models defined in BBF TR-383, BBF TR-385, and ETSI ISG F5G GS 031 Intelligent Management for PON based Industrial network. The management framework includes PON-specific functions, fundamental layer 2 network and service functions, as well as extended functions where required. This WI identifies and specifies framework details for key services and representative industrial PON deployment scenarios, ensuring consistent and interoperable configurations across multi-vendor environments.
