Scope and Field of Application	This Work ltem maintains and/or enhances APls for the application lifecycle, rules and requirements management over Mm1 and Mm3 or Mm3* reference points. This includes adding new features (e.g., Extend the application descriptor ), as well as filling any gaps if necessary. lt will describe the information flows, required information, and as applicable, will specify the necessary operations, data model and data format.
