Title	Data Solutions (DATA); ETSI Specification of the Requirements on Ledgers and Smart Contracts Req. Smart Contracts (WG INFRA)
Scope and Field of Application	This specification synthesises and normatively lists the requirements on Permissioned Distributed Ledgers (PDLs), the use of Smart Contracts (SCs) supported by them, and the application of Oracles as interfaces to interact with PDLs and SCs. Applicability Statement: In alignment with requirements for smart contracts as defined in article 33 and 36 of Regulation (EU) 2023/2854 (Data Act), also UE eIDAS2. It shall extract the requirements from the published work on permissioned ledger GSs, and referncing TSs on Smart contracts (from TC ESI) published and in approval: - Legally recognised signatures and identities under eIDAS - Trust infrastructures including Trust Lists (TS 119 612) and general Cyber security requirements (EN 319 401) for Trust Services Audit (EN 319 403-1) - The TR 119 540 and two TSs, TS 119 541 and TS 119 542 produce in support of smart contracts as per Data Act. This shall be defined in a way it will be able to use ledgers for secure records.
