Scope and Field of Application	This Work Item will specify the testing methodology and pass & fail criteria of the functionality and performance of fine grain optical transport network (fgOTN) which is specified in Annex M, N and O of ITU-T G.709 and Annex C of ITU-T G.798. The test specification covers fgOTN terminal and cross-connect functionality and performance.
