Title Cyber Security (CYBER); Guidance on approach for concurrent compliance of NIS2 and DORA as applicable to providers of Digital Infrastructures
NIS2 - DORA overlap
Scope and Field
of Application
The project will undertake a detailed regulatory analysis to identify overlaps and gaps between NIS2 and DORA, focusing on third-party ICT service providers and providers of digital infrastructures. A new work item proposal will be submitted for approval within ETSI CYBER for a technical report detailing the cumulative regulatory requirements from both legislations. Once approved, the TR will aim at disambiguating compliance requirements in the concurrent applicability of the NIS2 and DORA. Collaboration with ETSI CYBER experts, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders will ensure the report's relevance and applicability, aligning this effort with ongoing ETSI DTR/CYBER-00110 projects to avoid duplication.
