Scope and Field of Application	Compare virtual world challenges identified and requirements for success with the existing standardization activities and provide specific targets for future standardization work. Identify new areas of virtual worlds, including those emerging from academia and industry (manufacturing, health, media, entertainment, etc.), that are not currently addressed by standardization organizations. Provide concrete recommendations on the standardisation initiatives where active engagement of participants from EEA countries is needed. A separate recommendation will focus on each standardization objective, describing an initiative clearly specifying the standards development organisations and, for ongoing initiatives, also the committee and project. Each recommendation shall also include a rationale to further explain the objective from an EU perspective and provide insight into their relationship with relevant EU regulations.
