This standard will provide definition of computing power, computing power matrix and and their power consumption measurement accordingly. including measurement on computing capability and efficiency of cloud computing center computing units, data center computing units, edge computing unit.
This standards provides also guidelines on the optimization approach to reliable monitor energy efficiency using AI, manage equipment, Adopts advanced energy-saving technologies and optimize computing, storage and network resources for data centre so as to improve efficiency, reducing energy consumption, costs, and carbon emissions, ensuring business security and real-time responsiveness.

The proposal WI will consider the standard published by ISO/IEC JTC 39 and CENELEC EN 50600 series.
