Title	Reconfigurable Intelligent Surfaces (RIS); Near-field Channel Modeling and Mechanics Near-field Channel Modeling and Mechanics
Scope and Field of Application	-Identify the use cases and scenarios for near-field RIS-aided system. -Study and investigate channel modeling for RIS-aided communications in the near-field region, also including the different methods to characterize the cascaded channel modeling of RIS-aided communication systems. -Study and investigate new technical solutions/mechanisms applicable for RIS-aided system in the near field. -Analyze and identify the potential specification impact.
