Scope and Field of Application	To provide guidelines for the development of Harmonised Standards under article 3.2 of the RED for meteorological, primary ATC as well as river and non-SOLAS monostatic radars, notably the applicable technical requirements as defined in the ETSI guide EG 203 336.
