Scope and Field of Application	The present document provides speech transmission performance requirements for 8 kHz wideband VoIP loudspeaking and hands-free terminals; it addresses all types of IP based terminals, including wireless, softphones and group audio terminals. This revision is to add the definition of test signal level to Clause 6.3.7, Terminal Coupling loss.
