Scope and Field of Application	The goal of this WI is to deal with several issues that have been reported to the ETSI ESI technical committee. This WI is specifically requested to implement the change request made in the contributions ESI(21)075022, ESI(21)075023, ESI(21)075024, ESI(21)075025, ESI(21)075026, and ESI(21)075027 but is not limited to those items.
