Scope and Field of Application	This work item addresses the characteristics and requirements for active (time-varying) antenna and related radio specifications, test methodology, etc, preparing material to update the ETSI standard or establish, if there is a need, a new ETSI standard, covering characteristics and requirements for active antenna and related equipment used in PP fixed service Considered antennas are only those with scan range wider than that necessary for keeping alignment of simple single beam tracking for environmental reasons (e.g. >>5°)
