Scope and Field of Application	The output of this work item is an ETSI Technical Specification for a concrete PEMEA Instant message extension based on the chat specification implemented as part of EC project NEXES. The TS would use the existing publicly available specification as a starting point with minimal changes being made so as to accommodate ETSI requirements for publishing as a TS.
