Add those ITS-G5 specific statements that had to be removed from EN 302 636-4-1 GeoNetworking media-independent, specifically: - Fields of the GeoNetworking address, - Overall packet structure for ITS-G5 access layer technology, - Packet handling. Align the deliverable to changes in EN 302 663 (ITS G5 access layer) and TS 103 175 (Crosslayer DCC).
