Scope and Field of Application	Consider in currently published standard the following further aspects: • Complement ES 203 228/ITU 5GEE with the following topics -multi-techno networks (HetNet) -develop energy metrics/counters and energy efficiency analytics (liaison with SA5) -Cloud RAN The revision of the standard will be done in cooperation with ITU to continue to have technical aligned the two documents.
