Scope and Field of Application	Low Layer additions applicable to the 2nd release (Release 2) of the Open Radio equipment Interface (ORI). Release 2 focuses on the support of additional single REC topologies (chain, tree, and ring) and support of 9.830Gbps line bit rate.
