Title	Telecommunications and Internet converged Services and Protocols for Advanced Networking (TISPAN); Incorporating Universal Communications Identifier (UCI) support into the specification of Next Generation Networks (NGN) NGN UCI
Scope and Field of Application	To document at least the following: - how UCI maps to requirements for NGN - how the PUA and SA fit into the TISPAN IMS architecture - required SIP protocol extensions - the format and structure of the UCI identifier - the security and privacy aspects of UCI - how ENUM may be used for UCI Any required changes to IETF defined identifiers or to 3GPP defined identifiers should be worked through the respective concerned organisation.
