Scope and Field of Application	The present document specifies the top-level use cases as defined by O-RAN WG1 UCTG (Use Case Task Group). For each use case, the document describes the motivation, resources, steps involved, and the data requirements. These top-level use cases are further detailed in relevant WGs along with the requirements for O-RAN components and their interfaces.
