Title	ERM Radio Matters (ERM); Preparatory study for the creation of horizontal standards containing measurement methods Horizontal Standards Preparatory Study
Scope and Field of Application	The intention of this follow-up activity of ETSI TR 103 773 is to promote and facilitate the creation of horizontal standards containing measurement methods to which a HS can refer. The concept and project plan are described in the addendum ERMRM(22)081001a1. In this preparatory phase a few horizontal standards and the referring text from the HS will be written as an experiment, to show feasibility and to find a uniform approach. The aim is to develop a concept how we create the “split” between harmonised standard and horizontal standard. Additionally, a list of potential work items for horizontal standards will be created.
