Scope and Field of Application |
The scope of the proposed new WI includes: Provide and analyse use cases that can benefit from service layer multi-hop connections and re-useable context. Based on the use cases, identify potential gaps and update requirements if necessary Analyse if the current mechanisms in TS 0001 can fulfil the use cases and requirements Provide solutions to fulfil the relevant requirements. More than one solution can be explored to solve different cases. Study the existing technology in M2M on how to enable transactions. Figure out the main objective of transaction in M2M based on the characteristics of transaction. By leveraging the results of the study, recommend proposed architecture enhancements to enable transaction in oneM2M. Architecture enhancement to support transaction in oneM2M.
