Explanation of Field Comment

The transposition comment is used to indicate why a document
could not be transposed.
Wildcards are allowed:
When searching for a comment, you can use the "asterisk" *
or the "percent" symbol, %, to designate one or more unknown characters.
Note to NSOs:
The comment is limited to 255 characters and should be in English.
