Title	Mobile Communication On Board Aircraft (MCOBA) systems; Harmonised Standard for access to radio spectrum MCOBA/NCU 5G-NR HS
Scope and Field of Application	The EN 302 480 will need to be updated to align with the expected change in the corresponding regulation for the NCU (which is part of this MCOBA) and inclusion of 5G-NR non-AAS in the 1800 band. The new applicable regulations are: - amendment to ECC Decision (06)07 due in November 2021.
