Title Satellite Earth Stations and Systems (SES); Fixed earth stations communicating with non-geostationary satellite systems in the 20 GHz and 30 GHz FSS bands; Harmonised Standard for access to radio spectrum
Harmonised Standard in the Ka band for NGSO fixed ES 
Scope and Field
of Application 		A harmonized standard under the Radio Equipment Directive will be created. The standard will apply to equipment according to the formal title. Existing standard ETSI EN 303 379 will be considered as basis for the new standard.
