Scope and Field of Application	This Harmonised Standard will take into account the ongoing work for new EN 300 220 multipart and the work already done in DEN/ERM-TG28-523 draft material as appropriate, including its predecessor DEN/ERM-TG28-499 (prEN 303 131) resolution of ENAP comments. This HEN encompasses Social Alarms when operating outside of the designated frequency band 869,2-869,25 MHz
