Title	Satellite Earth Stations and Systems (SES); Radio Frequency and Modulation Standard for Telemetry, Command and Ranging (TCR) of Communications Satellites RF and Mod std for Telemetry, Command and Ranging (TCR)
Scope and Field of Application	Update of the European Norm that applies to Telemetry, Command and Ranging (TCR) systems. In particular: - Extension of operation to Ka-band, - Extension to LEOP phase for GEO satellites - Extension to non-geostationary communications satellites - Incorporation of flexible frequency assignment and related protocols - Revision of modulation modes and potential configurations including hosted payload management - Revision of spread spectrum configuration parameters - Incorporation of channel coding
