Scope and Field of Application	This work includes merging current versions of part 1 and 2. Revision of current standard parts to cover the essential requirements of article 3.2 of the RE-D. Necessary changes based on the latest versions of ERC/REC 74-01, ERC REC 70-03 and EC SRD DEC. Clarifications in the measurement procedure.
