Title	IMT cellular networks; Harmonized EN covering the essential requirements of article 3.2 of the R&TTE Directive; Part 3: CDMA Direct Spread (UTRA FDD) Base Stations (BS) UTRA FDD BS v7.x.x
Scope and Field of Application	The seventh Release of the EN will cover all UTRA FDD features up to and including 3GPP Release 11. This EN will cover the essential requirements of article 3.2 of the R&TTE Directive for MSR BS in addition to those common ones of Part 1. Any new operating band planned to be used in the 7th release will also be covered.
