Title	IMT cellular networks; Harmonized EN covering the essential requirements of article 3.2 of the R&TTE Directive; Part 13: Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access (E-UTRA) User Equipment (UE) E-UTRA UE v6.x.x
Scope and Field of Application	This EN will cover the essential requirements of article 3.2 of the R&TTE Directive for UTRA FDD UE in addition to those common ones of Part 1. The 6th release of the EN will cover all E UTRA features that are relevant for E-UTRA UE, up to and including 3GPP Release 10. Any new operating band planned to be used in the 6th release will also be covered, including band 40 and 3500MHz 3GPP bands.
