Scope and Field of Application	The document will be changed from EN to a ES because part 3, 4 and 5 of 778 are still ETSI Standards (ES). In order to have a unique set of documents and to take the consequences out of the R&TTE directive it is the only possible way to go. This WI is not opened for technical comments of the above given reasons.

2002-06-13 laverack AT#5 agreed to convert EN 300 778- 2 to ES. Once the withdrawal vote is known an MV is needed on the 'new' ES.
