Scope and Field of Application	This deliverable specifies energy management in operational infrastructures of broadband networks in terms of global KPIs. In part 4 of the multi-part deliverable, global KPIs are defined using methods assessing design and operation of the underlying infrastructures. The general approach addresses the following aspects: - energy consumption; - task efficiency; - renewable energy and - infrastructure scalability.
