Title	Smart Cards; Smart Card Platform Requirements Stage 1 (Release 19) Launching terminal application
Scope and Field of Application	The scope of this Work Item is to review the requirements and use cases of the feature used by the UICC to launch an application on the terminal in a seamless way (e.g. as described in clause 4.2 of TS 102 412). The requirements will consider a mechanism to launch an application on the terminal by defining new CAT command or revising an existing CAT command
