Scope and Field of Application	This work item will create a GR to document the edition 5.4.1 of ETSI NFV release 5. This GR lists and defines the features forming this release and their relation to work items. It also documents the versions of the related published specifications and reports. This document provides an overview of edition 5.4.1 and is intended to help the user as an entry point to ETSI NFV documentation.
