Title	Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS); Facilities layer; Radio Resource Management Study; Release 2 Radio Resource Management Study
Scope and Field of Application	Identifying a Radio Resource Management (RRM) ITS-S solution, enabling these highly dynamic data exchanging services to operate robust, interoperable and backward compatible with existing ITS Release 1 operating services in the 5.9 GHz ITS allocated band. Including setting the relevant principles and parameters for the resource management functionalities operating at the different layers.
