Revise the EN 302 574-1, with regards to only Conventional CGC, with updated references to the published versions of EN 301 908 releases 13 and 15, as well as any necessary changes to be consistent with current EC expectations and any comments available.

Scope from WI REN/SES-00439
Revision of ETSI EN 302 574-1 to
- correct in Table A-1 the subclause references under the column "Aeronautical CGC" from 5.X.X to 6.X.X.
- address comments from the EC.
